Ingredients

• ½ cup orange juice 
• ¼ cup infused MCT oil
• ½ tsp lecithin 
• Four ¼ ounce packages of unflavored gelatin
• 1/3 cup milk
• 6 ounces of orange-flavored gelatin 
• 1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin 
• 1 to 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1. Prepare your silicone gummy molds. Place the molds on a cookie sheet or something that can transport your full molds to the refrigerator or freezer. To get your candy out of the molds more easily, spray your silicone molds with a non-stick cooking spray. Coconut oil spray is best because it doesn’t leave a greasy film behind on your candy. The flavor is also mild enough that it won’t compete with the taste of your gummies.

2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the orange juice, infused MCT oil, and lecithin. Whisk together slowly. When bubbles appear, increase the heat to medium-high and add the unflavored gelatin. Constantly whisk the mixture until the gelatin dissolves.
3. When the unflavored gelatin has dissolved, add the orange-flavored gelatin. Continue to whisk until the orange gelatin dissolves.
4. When the gelatin is fully incorporated, turn down the heat to low and continue whisking. Pour the warm mixture into your silicone molds carefully until they are 2/3 of the way full, leaving room at the top.
5. Add milk to a saucepan over medium heat.
6. Stir in the unflavored gelatin and whisk until it dissolves.
7. Add vanilla extract and continue whisking.
8. Top off your orange gummy candies with the milk and gelatin mixture.
9. Place the now full silicone molds in the refrigerator or freezer. It may take between 20 minutes to an hour for the gummies to solidify.
10. Remove gummies from the molds and place them in an air-tight container.

Recipe Note

When pouring the warm gummy mix into silicone molds, move quicklyto avoid hardeningand carefully to avoid spills. Droppers for Gummy Candy Making make filling silicone molds easy. The droppers are great for adding the creamy milk milk mixture to the top of your candy molds.

You can use any milk you like in this recipe. Dairy milk and coconut milk are good options. You can also use infused milk for a more potent edible.
