• 1 small head of cabbage 

• 1 cucumber 

• 1/4 cup of chives 

• 1 bundle of green onion

Ingredients For the Green Goddess Dressing

• 1 cup of fresh basil 

• 1 cup of spinach 

• 2 cloves of garlic

• 1 small shallot

• Juice of 2 lemons 

• 1/4 cup of nuts of your choice 

• 1/3 cup of nutritional yeast (typically found in the baking aisle of health food stores) 

• 1 teaspoon of salt

• 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar

1. Place all of the green goddess dressing ingredients into a blender and blend until fully combined and there are no chunks. Set aside until ready for use.
