Cilantro-Infused Jalapeño Cheese Crisps
What’s better than cheese? We know you want to say, "Uhh, nothing." But actually, there is something better than cheese. Sizzling hot cilantro-infused jalapeño cheese crisps fresh out of the oven. Make some for yourself with this recipe—it's super easy and keto-friendly!
- 1 cup worth of shredded cheese (shredding your own reduces unnecessary preservatives)
- 1 large jalapeño, sliced
- 3 tbsp LĒVO-infused cilantro avocado oil
Pack herb pod about 2/3 full with cilantro leaves.
Add avocado oil into the reservoir until filled.
Set your LEVO to 200°F and infuse for 2.5+ hours.
When complete, dispense.
Set oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix 1 cup of cheese with 3 tbsp of LĒVO-infused cilantro avocado oil.
Place small piles of cheese (about 1.5” wide) on the baking sheet leaving distance between each pile, as they will spread.
Top each pile with a jalapeño slice.
Cook for 8 minutes, until edges are brown and cheese begins to bubble.
Remove from oven and top with any additional spice, we like a sprinkling of red pepper flakes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from paper.
